To ensure that we have accurate, up-to-date health and emergency contact information for all students, families with students currently attending Romoland School District schools are required to verify their student’s information annually. Families that have not updated their information in the Aeries Portal will be required to do so by October 1, 2021.
Parents and guardians who still need to fulfill this requirement will see a yellow banner in the Aeries portal notifying them that they have the ability to complete an information update in the Aeries Portal.
Parents can also access Data Confirmation from the Student Info tab dropdown.
After the parent clicks the link to continue the process, they are presented with a wizard-style interface to complete all of the required information presented to them.
All documents must be uploaded into Aeries (no copies, text messages, or emails will be accepted) prior to approval. The verification update option link in Aeries is available here. Please reach out to your school site attendance clerk for support.
