The Maintenance, Operations, Transportation & Facilities Department is responsible for providing safe, sanitary, and comfortable educational facilities for all. We utilize communication and collaboration with the Romoland Community to seek solutions, provide efficient service, and maintain high-quality environments.

Project Description
New Construction on a 23-Acre Site includes:
• 21,500 SF Permanent Construction of the Administration, Multi-Purpose Room, and Kindergarten Classrooms (Type V-B).• General site work including grading, ac paving, concrete paving, landscape and irrigation, turf play areas, retaining wall, shade structures, playground equipment, underground utilities.
• Site Work and utilities for installation of 38 Portable Classrooms, 1 portable media center, 1 portable locker room, 3 portable restroom buildings.
Portable Buildings will be purchased from Class Leasing by the District. General contractor to coordinate installation.
Estimated Construction Cost: $30,000,000
