    Project Description

    New Construction on a 23-Acre Site includes:
    • 21,500 SF Permanent Construction of the Administration, Multi-Purpose Room, and Kindergarten Classrooms (Type V-B).

    • General site work including grading, ac paving, concrete paving, landscape and irrigation, turf play areas, retaining wall, shade structures, playground equipment, underground utilities.

    • Site Work and utilities for installation of 38 Portable Classrooms, 1 portable media center, 1 portable locker room, 3 portable restroom buildings.

    Portable Buildings will be purchased from Class Leasing by the District. General contractor to coordinate installation.

    Estimated Construction Cost:     $30,000,000
