Aeries is an online student, parent, guardian, and teacher portal used to manage student profiles, grades, and all other administrative items needed to ensure our student success. The portal provides easy access to and shares real-time information with parents/guardians, and students.

Parents/Guardians:

Parents and guardians are encouraged to use their Aeries Portal account to monitor student’s attendance, grades, test scores, and assessments. The Aeries Portal accounts are automatically created during the student enrollment process. After the parent/guardian completes the student enrollment process, the parent/guardian will receive an email from “RomolandESD@Aeries.net”. Follow the links and instructions in the email to log into the  Aeries Portal account. 

Aeries portal now has an app for Android Devices and  Apple iOS making it easy to keep track of your student’s daily attendance and grades. 

Parents and guardians can easily check on students’ grades and subscribe to weekly progress emails. These emails contain up to date attendance and grade book information. 

 

Students:

Sign in to Aeries with your school provided email and password to access your schedule, grades, standardized tests scores, messages, and more.

 

Summer Re-Enrollment:

The Aeries Portal is also used for re-enrollment document confirmation at the beginning of each school year. 

 

Students Enrolling for the First Time in Romoland School District:

Information about the student such as emergency contact, medical, authorizations, and language will be collected.  The student’s information will be electronically sent to the selected school.
