We are thrilled to recognize Wendy Rodriguez, Instructional Coach at Romoland Elementary, as this month’s Shining Star!

Wendy has proudly served the Romoland School District for 16 years, making a lasting impact on both students and staff through her passion for collaboration, innovation, and excellence in education. As an instructional coach, Wendy supports her colleagues through co-teaching, mentoring, and professional development, helping them grow and refine their instructional practices to better support student achievement.

Wendy is also the Lighthouse Coordinator at Romoland Elementary, guiding the school in fostering a culture of leadership, growth, and continuous improvement. Her ability to bring educators together around a shared vision and collective purpose is a hallmark of her work.
