The Romoland School District is proud to recognize Nikki Dodd, Transitional Kindergarten (TK) Aide at Boulder Ridge Elementary, as one of this month’s Shining Stars!

With five years of dedicated service to the district, Nikki has made a lasting impact on students, staff, and families through her unwavering positivity and kindness. As a TK Aide, she plays a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our youngest learners, helping them build confidence and a sense of belonging from the very start of their educational journey.

Boulder Ridge Elementary School Principal, Mary Godoy, describes Nikki as a dedicated and compassionate team member who fosters strong relationships within the school community. Her positive outlook and warm demeanor make her a true asset, ensuring that students feel valued, staff feel supported, and families feel connected. When asked about what she enjoys most about her role, Nikki shared that she loves working with all the children and hopes her presence helps others realize just how special they are. She also believes in the power of a simple gesture, noting that "a smile goes a long way."
