Shining Star: Kristina Haddock

The Romoland School District is proud to recognize Kristina Haddock, Administrative Secretary for Maintenance, Operations, Transportation, and Facilities (MOTF), as this month’s Shining Star.

With 12 years of dedicated service to RSD, Kristina exemplifies commitment, adaptability, and excellence. Her work has a direct and meaningful impact on students, staff, and the community. As part of the MOTF team, Kristina helps ensure that every school site is safe, secure, clean, and fully operational each day. The team’s commitment extends beyond the traditional workday, with constant communication and a readiness to support one another to meet the district’s needs. On the construction side, Kristina supports new school builds and facility improvements, helping RSD continue to welcome new families year after year. She was an invaluable part of the development of our newest school, Granite Hills TK-8 School. She played a hands-on role in the project, supporting everything from site walks to billing. Her attention to detail and willingness to step in wherever needed have been instrumental in keeping complex projects running smoothly.

Kristina shared that what she enjoys most about her role is that every day brings a new challenge and opportunity to learn. She values collaboration and growth and appreciates being in a role that continuously stimulates her intellect.

Kristina’s journey with the district reflects her dedication to growth. After spending more than a decade working in the library at Harvest Valley School, she stepped into her current role, learning the construction side of operations while also managing transportation and facilities responsibilities alongside construction projects.

Kristina consistently goes above and beyond in everything she does, and her hard work does not go unnoticed. We are grateful for her dedication and proud to celebrate her as a Romoland School District Shining Star.
