Shining Star: Jennifer Brodeur

The Romoland School District is proud to recognize Jennifer Brodeur, Resource Specialist at Ethan A. Chase Middle School (EACMS), as this month’s Shining Star.

With 10 years of service to RSD, Jennifer is known for her deep dedication to her students and her commitment to supporting them as whole individuals. She consistently provides holistic support that addresses not only academic needs, but also the social and emotional growth of the students she serves.

Jennifer’s impact goes beyond the classroom. She is highly regarded for her timely and accurate handling of paperwork and her ability to efficiently manage the entire IEP process, ensuring students receive the services and support they need to be successful. Her attention to detail and organization help create a smooth, collaborative experience for students, families, and staff.

What Jennifer enjoys most about her role is simple yet powerful: the students. She shared that they make her smile every day and that she values getting to know each of them. She also appreciates that no two days are ever the same, keeping her work engaging and meaningful.

Jennifer believes her work plays a key role in preparing students for their next chapter. By pushing them to grow throughout the school year, she helps equip them with the skills and confidence they need as they transition to high school. She also strives to be a positive and supportive presence for parents and colleagues alike.

Jennifer’s dedication, compassion, and professionalism make a lasting difference in the lives of students and families across the district. We are grateful for her continued commitment and proud to celebrate her as a Romoland School District Shining Star.
