Shining Star: Adilene Molina

Romoland School District is proud to recognize Adilene Molina, Preschool Teacher at Harvest Valley Elementary, as one of our latest Shining Stars!

For the past six years, Adilene has made a lasting impact on students, families, and colleagues through her dedication, leadership, and passion for early childhood education. Her classroom is a place where students feel supported, loved, and excited to learn each day.

“What I enjoy most about my role is watching my students grow in confidence, learn new things, and feel supported and loved,” Adilene shared.

Adilene’s commitment to student success is evident in the positive learning environment she creates. She takes pride in helping students build foundational skills and develop confidence as they apply new strategies in their daily learning. Her strong classroom expectations, paired with a caring and encouraging approach, help students thrive both academically and socially.

In addition to her work with students, Adilene is recognized as a strong leader and mentor among her peers. Adilene is known for embracing new curriculum initiatives, collaborating professionally with colleagues, and maintaining a solution-oriented mindset. She consistently brings positivity, professionalism, and a willingness to help wherever needed.
