We are incredibly proud of all the students who participated in this year’s Romoland School District Spelling Bee! Their hard work, dedication, and impressive spelling skills were on full display as they competed for the top spots.

A huge congratulations to our first-place winner, P.J. Jovel, a 5th grader from Mesa View Elementary, who spelled their way to victory! We also want to recognize our runner-up, Aaliyah Alexander, a 6th grader from Ethan A. Chase Middle School, who will serve as the alternate.

P.J. and Aaliyah will represent our district at the County Spelling Bee on March 26th. We know they’ll do an amazing job, and we’ll be cheering them on every step of the way!
