RFP No. 2025–2026 #1
Notice is hereby given that the Governing Board of the Romoland School District (hereinafter referred to as the School Food Authority, or “SFA”) is requesting proposals from qualified Procurement & Consulting Companies (hereinafter referred to as “Respondent(s)”) to assist with the SFA’s Nutrition Services Program.
Respondents should not construe from this notice that the SFA intends to enter into a fixed-price contract unless, in the opinion of the SFA, it is in the best interest of the SFA to do so. The SFA reserves the right to negotiate final contractual terms with the successful Respondent.

The SFA will accept proposals received on or before Friday, March 27, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Proposals received after this deadline will not be accepted. Proposals will be opened on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
