Project Description: Procurement of 2-Story Modular Classroom Buildings
Modular Manufacturer MUST have an approved PC drawing at Bid Time.
Anticipated Award Date: 08/12/2026
Completion Date: The building manufacturer is to have Site Specific Drawings to PJHM Architects no later than 11/02/2026 for submittal to DSA.
Entire scope of work to include manufacturing and installation to be completed by December 1st, 2027.
All bids shall be submitted online only via Secure Bids by 2:00 p.m. on July 15th, 2026.
Prequalification documents shall be completed at www.qualitybidders.com. Prequalification documents must be submitted by July 1, 2026.
Note: All Bidders must successfully pre-qualify with a minimum pre-qualification approval rating of at least $8,000,000. Any bid submitted by a contractor who does not hold a valid pre-qualification approval rating at or above this amount will be rejected as non-responsive.
