Curriculum & Instruction

In Romoland School District we teach the California State Standards to provide a rigorous and dynamic instructional program that ensures equitable access to core instruction for all students. Our students have access daily to technology with a two-to-one chromebook ratio in kindergarten through grade two and a one-to-one chromebook ratio for grades three through eight. We develop personalized learning opportunities, which are student-centered learning experiences intentionally designed by educators to achieve student mastery of instructional outcomes utilizing delivery methods and tools that honor individual student needs, voice, choice, and learning time. In further support of students, we employ multi-tiered systems of support for academics, attendance, and behavior to ensure we are meeting the needs of the whole child.
