Reporting a Claim
Click on this link to download a claim form, print the form and provide the form to claimant. The claimant must fill out the form in its entirety attaching any supporting documentation as necessary to support the claim, sign the form and email to eramos@romoland.net.
NOTICE: Section 72 of the California Penal Code provides: "Every person who with intent to defraud, presents for payment to any School District any false or fraudulent claim, is guilty of a felony punishable by fine and/or imprisonment."
