Developer Fees General Information

Developer Fees are paid by property owners and developers to school districts to mitigate the impact of new development within a school district's boundaries on the district's facilities.

New rates effective May 11, 2026

Residential Construction: $3.87
(If not located within a Community Facilities District)
Additions to Residences: $3.87
Mobile Homes: $3.87
(If not located within a Community Facilities District)
Commercial and Industrial Construction: $0.63
