Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP)
Beginning with the 2014-15 school year, California changed the way local districts receive state funds. The Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF) allows districts to collaborate with their local stakeholders to determine how state allocated money is spent to best meet the needs of students within the district.
Each year Romoland School District develops/revises the Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) to determine goals, create action steps, and allocate funds in the eight state priority areas to help improve services to students within the district.
