Mission/Vision

  • Romoland School District Counseling Team Mission:

    The mission of the Romoland School District Counseling Program is to provide a comprehensive school counseling program through engaging curriculum and support services, ensuring all students acquire competencies needed in academics, college and career, and social/emotional development to reach their greatest potential.

     *The Romoland Elementary school counselor will adhere to the American School Counselor Association (ASCA)  ethical standards for school counselors and the the Romoland School District's policies.

    Romoland Elementary Counseling Mission:

    The Romoland School Counseling Program is dedicated to supporting the needs of all students through a data-driven, equitable, and comprehensive program which will collaborate with staff, students, parents, guardians, and community stakeholders to help close academic gaps, and build academic, social/emotional, college and career competencies for lifelong success for all students.


     

    Romoland School District Counseling Team Vision: 

    The students at Romoland Elementary School will have attained the problem solving and critical thinking skills to be life-long learners and leaders who demonstrate empathy and resiliency. These students will grow to be self-directed and well prepared to collaborate, engage, and implement self-advocacy and leadership skills in the 21st century.

    Romoland Elementary Counseling Vision: 

    Every student at Romoland Elementary School will be empowered to be leaders in their learning and will use this to grow academically, socially, emotionally, and will be proactive upstanders of the community. Romoland Elementary students will use these leadership skills to help reach goals, and be successful in college and careers, and future life endeavors.
