Dear Scorpion Family,

Welcome to the 2022-2023 school year! For those of you who I have not had the pleasure of meeting yet, my name is Kristie Jackson, and I am the new Principal at Ethan A. Chase Middle School. I come with 20 years of educational experience; 10 years as a teacher and 10 years as an administrator working with all ages K-12th grade. 

Just this summer, my husband and I celebrated our 32nd wedding anniversary. We have three amazing (grown) children: Stephen 28 years old; Emily 27 years old; and Rachel 24 years old. I am extremely excited and grateful to be here! I look forward to working alongside you in making this a successful year!

Ethan A. Chase Middle School is a remarkable place where we encourage students to find and pursue their interests and be fully prepared academically and socially emotionally for high school. We hope students take advantage of all the amazing opportunities that EACMS offers such as sports, ASB, Sting Crew, Band and a variety of clubs. It is our goal to provide students with every opportunity to have a positive experience while in middle school so that they are successful in their future endeavors. 

We also encourage parents and family members to join us in our journey of guiding our students. Family members are a vital part of our school community. Our students can not be successful without you! We hope you consider joining us throughout the school year at Pastry with the Principal monthly meetings or by joining our PTSA. You matter!
